Unable to upload QSL image - error messages

My first experience with the GDE.  QSL card is ready and appears to meet design criteria, but each attempt at upload is met with error message and on my profile page it says that I have no QSL image, either because of errors in the image or absence of an image!

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?  The service looks very cost- and time-effective and I look forward to starting to use it.

Hi Pete,

As you described it you should not face any problem, please try to start a new QSL card design and drew a simple line on front and back and try to upload it, it's a simple test for a very small file, if it works try to upload your project and overwrite the small file, and let me know the results.

Second option try to do it from other computer if you have this option.

Last option compress the GDE file and send it to me I will upload it for you.
