Frequency insted of band?

Hi,
i found, on QSLs is printed the BAND.
Now, I try an adif with ONLY FREQUENCY!
I want to see the frequency on the qsl.
But the frequency is changed to BAND on the qsl.
Is it possible to have the frequency on my qsls going out?

No Klaus.
We had problems with this before, and decided to convert all freq to bands.
This is the only option.
