First, I apologise for the double posting, you will find this at http://forum.globalqsl.com/index.php/topic,268.0.html as well, where it hasn't received a reply.

Second, if anyone knows any of the answers, please respond, although this is address at Paul, I'll be pleased to get some answers.

I tried to reply to your email Paul and got the following bounce:
The following addresses failed: <info@globalqsl.com>
SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:
host mail.globalqsl.com[62.90.141.75]:
550-Email blocked by SPAMCANNIBAL - Your IP is in a blackList- SpamCanibal.

So here is my reply:

Thanks Paul - yes all questions answered, but I have another 3 questions now:

1. If I have three different designs (one for main call and one each for two secondary calls) and if I order 1000 cards - does that cover all my secondary calls, so I could send 400 for my main callsign and 100 for another and 500 for yet another? Or am I purchasing 1000 of one particular design?

2. I assume that if buying 100 blank cards, I must be doing so for just one design?

3. For my early callsign, I need to send approx 5 cards direct - is it ok to order 10 samples to do that? Are you ok with me ordering 10 cards for that purpose (assuming I'm going to order 1000 to send and at least 100 blanks)?

FYI
On the Mac, I have Parallels (vm) and so can use that (since my mail I've tried it and can confirm it works under Parallels on OSX), but I was asking just in case and for a wider (club) audience so I knew the score.

I've also asked on the MacLoggerDX reflector and someone has used your card design service and was very pleased.
They also uploaded their ADIF export from MacLoggerDX (http://www.dogparksoftware.com/MacLoggerDX.html) with no problems, other than ensuring the QSL_VIA field just had a callsign in it (MLDX tends to put other stuff in there if you let it).

So great, I've registered and will design some cards and get loading.

Certainly is a great idea, looks like you're running a great service and has got me started on sending my QSLs, something I should have done 5 years ago.

Thank you again

Hi OM.
We are aware of the mail problem but we get so much junk mail that we had to activate the spam filter.

The answers are following:
1: When you buy 1000 cards you can use them as you want. All 1000 cards are credited to your main call and for secondary calls too.
2: The minimum order of blank cards from a design is 100 , unless you order 10 sample cards from a design and this answers your third question too.
I am not familiar with Mac software at all and can not advise you on this.

We are pleased that you enjoy our service.

Thank you Paul, that does answer all my questions and the news is GREAT :-)
My note on Mac software was just that it is possible to use the designer program on a Mac running some form of virtual machine.

I'll ask questions via the forum in future than, no problem.

Thank you very much
