Hello,

I have searched for the answer to this question on the globalqsl Web site, and I am confused.

1. If I click E-shop, Purchase QSL printing, the page ( http://www.globalqsl.com/my_globalqsl.php?cPath=shop ) offers "10 sample qsls from your design sent to you by air-mail."  [Emphasis added.]

-or-

2. If I go to the Help & FAQ page, Graphic Editor Issue category, question 13 is "How can I see my own qsl?"  The answer states
If you want a sample of your design , we suggest 3 ways for this:
1: Send a qsl to yourself via the bureau.
This way you will receive the card to your local qsl-bureau in a few month.
2: Order 100 blank cards from your design.
Blank cards are always needed for directs to qsl-managers or to answer directs you receive.
You will receive the cards by Air-Mail in about 10-14 days.?
3: We can send you samples of qsl-cards from the stock we have of other users.

[Emphasis added]

These two pages seem to contradict each other.  The first says I can get 10 samples of my own design; the second says I can get only samples of other user's cards.

Which is correct?

Hi John !
We added the option to buy 10 sample cards after many customers wanted to see the cards they designed.
This option was not there when we opened the site , and that is why you are confused.
I will correct the FAQ section and add the relevant info there.
Thanks ....Paul 4X6UU

Thank you Paul.  Then I will order 10 samples of my new design.
