Hello dear GlobalQSL-team,

a few days ago I received a QSL card return from DARC QSL Bureau, which I had sent to 7X/DB1JAW via GlobalQSL.
DB1JAW is not a member of DARC, so far so good, but:
In this case, I am very pleased to receive this card back!
Because this card is definitely not valid!
With horror I noticed that the BAND-field at both QSOs is empty!  Shocked
A control of the adif-file in the archive of GlobalQSL from 05-Oct-2008 19:04 shows no errors.
The adif-file is correct with <BAND:3>20M.
Do you have an explanation?  Huh

Hi Robert !
We know about the missing band problem and we found that a few hundred cards were printed with this problem.
Our solution is simple:
We request that the receiving side send us by e-mail the following info:
1: Sending station call
2: receiving station call
3: date and time of qso
Having this info, we will revert the state of the qsl in our system to not printed and will print those cards again .
The cards will be sent to the relevant bureau in the next batch of cards.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are doing all possible to give the best service to our customers.

Hello Paul,

thanks for the Info.

Is the period of the misprints chronologically limitable?

The problem started in late December 2008 and we know about a few hundred bad cards.
We do not limit the time users can complain about bad cards.
All complains will be reprinted, even if somebody notices a mistake after a year.
