Do not upload US to US cards

After a trying period, we had to remove the option of domestic qsls from US to US hams.
For almost 2 years we sent those cards direct to the US hams that were not subscribed to GlobalQsl , for free.
This was done by us to try to promote our system between the US hams, and waiting for the ARRL to allow that kind of traffic.
If you are a customer from US , please do not upload domestic qsos , they will be rejected by our system.
The only exceptions are for qsos where a foreign call is involved.
For example : W5III to W1AW via 4X6UU
or : any of the outer territories of the US , like Puerto Rico , Guam , Hawaii ....etc.
Those cards can be sent trough ARRL qsl bureaus.
