Complet ADIF or only last QSO's?

When I upload a ADIF, do I need to filter in advance all the QSO's that I will sent out. What I mean, I supose that I don't need to sent you every time the complete ADIF, but just only the last QSO's witch haven't already sent out a QSL. Am I correct?

Yes, you have to send only the qsos you want us to print.
You have to send each time only the new qsos you made or you want to reply to.
The adif file has to contain only what you want to print!
