Hi Romain.
 
I analyzed the qsos you are trying to upload.
The problem is in the qsl_via field. It should contain only a legal qsl-manager call-sign, nor "bureau".

After some time the server will release the blocking and you will be able to upload the file again corected.

I let the field "qso via"  blanco !

and try again , now it is OK .
